Job Responsibilities:

Cranmore Mountain Resort is currently seeking friendly and energetic applicants that will provide both a memorable guest experience and exceptional guest service by Greeting guests as well as assisting them with the correct size boots and ensuring proper fit. Must be 14 years of age or older.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.

- Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide the guest with proper equipment and excellent service at all times.
- Work efficiently and safely at all times. 
- Flexible working hours. Some job sharing may be required. 
- Protect the safety of self, co-workers, and Cranmore Mountain Resort guests at all times.
- Report any potentially harmful equipment or situations to the immediate supervisor without delay.
- Report safety-related accidents and incidents at once to immediate supervisor.
- Follow all company and department safety policies and procedures.
- Operate equipment in a safe manner that will not lead to injury of you or others.
- Drive in accordance with the law and Cranmore Mountain Resort policies.

Job Qualifications:
- Prior experience with boot fitting preferred but will train the right candidates.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Current Ski Technician Certification for all equipment in shop.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
- The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- The employee is occasionally required to sit.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. and frequently lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
- The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, risk of electrical shock, and vibration.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
