Mountain Adventure Park Lead
Hours Available:Seasonal Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:

Provide a clean, friendly and fun experience for our guests.  The Mountain Adventure Park Lead assists the Mountain Adventure Park Supervisor in overseeing and controlling the day to day operations at the Mountain Adventure Park while in season, and aids in preparing for such operations pre/post-season.  Duties include equipment maintenance, hiring and training staff, budget management, and leadership of staff toward department goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Helps prepare the Mountain Adventure Park facility preseason for operating seasons, including but not limited to the Mountain Coaster, Giant Swing, Soaring Eagle zipline, Bungy Trampoline, inflatables, Kids’ Ropes Course, Tubing, and any other attractions.

  2. Assists Supervisor in training and supervision of the Mountain Adventure Park staff, including positive reinforcement and any necessary corrective action.

  3. Assists Supervisor in managing the day to day operation of the park.

  4. Assists Supervisor in managing park budget.

  5. Documents procedures including staff safety and informational training, surface lift operations reports, and incident reporting.

  6. Utilize resort guest service policies, exceeds set service standards, and insures they are carried out effectively in order to attain targeted service goals.

  7. Provide superior service to our customers (internal and external) by following the Make the Guest Right program while interacting with guests.  Respond to all guests and employees in a courteous, efficient manner.

  8. Other duties as assigned by the Mountain Adventure Park Supervisor.

  9. Provide a safe and clean work area at all times.

  10. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  11. Perform other tasks as assigned.

  12. Flexible working hours.  Some job sharing may be required


    Job Qualifications:
    - High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
    - 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training
    - Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
    - Valid Driver's License
    - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals-
    - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk up and down hill, occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
